Code of Conduct for parents, coaches and players

  1. No profanity allowed.
  2. All smoking, including vapes, must be at a minimum of 100 feet from any playing surface or building.  No exceptions.  Try to smoke in the parking lot.
  3. No abusive behavior allowed towards coaches, players or umpires.
  4. Parking is permitted in the parking lot or grass filed designated for parking.  Handicap parking is permitted at the building, but a valid handicap sticker must be displayed.
  5. A parent or guardian must be present at the field on practice and game days.  As parents, we want you to be involved, but also for safety reasons.  Accidents can happen.
  6. If you, as a parent, have an issue with a coach or other parent, do not confront them.  Please contact someone in the LBA administration and it will be handled appropriately.

Lebanon Baseball Association's coaches are volunteers.  Many of us spend long hours working on the fields and preparing them so your child can have a great experience.  Every child is given the same opportunity to succeed.  We encourage you to be part of the baseball experience with your child, whether it's helping coach or volunteering in the concession stand.  All money raised in the concession stand and through our yearly fundraiser goes right back to the kids.

Thank you,
Brian Davenport, President of Lebanon Baseball Association
